We had a client that had just bought a set of four beach units on the beach and wanted to make them modern. The paths were all unlevel from moving ground over the years so with the pod system we were able to make the new decks perfectly level. The client also wanted some privacy from the neighbouring high rise so we constructed a fixed hardwood louvre on each side of the balcony to screen but still enough gap to not intersect the view of the beautiful beach.
