Porta Davis houses contacted us and wanted a tile deck to be constructed level with the internal floor to minimise any tripping hazards, we can construct the finished floor level the same as inside because the water runs through the tile edges because it doesn’t need to be grouted or runs between the board edges on the composite. On new homes, we leave a 25mm gap between the deck and house to inspect for termites every 12 months this is optional if you have the right termite treatment system.
