The JVK team had the opportunity to renovate and improve areas at the Australian Technical College. We were responsible for reconstructing the boardroom and coffee lounge that was out of date and no longer met the needs of the directors.
JVK & Sons Construction worked closely with the board at the Australian Technical College to reinvent and renovate these two high traffic areas. Our teams were responsible for the following constructions in these areas;
- Install a new grid ceiling
- Demolish old flooring
- Install new modern flooring
- Construct and install glass conference doors
- Construct and install new windows
- Construct and install a new kitchen cabinetry
Our team was responsible for handling all of the following duties;
- Design – Helped the client design and plan a project to fit the departments budget requirements.
- Material Supply – At JVK & Sons Construction we only work with highly reputable construction companies and material suppliers. We sourced all materials for the boardroom and coffee lounge from reputable firms and we were careful to select only the finest quality materials and the most beautiful timber products.
- Installation – The installation process was managed by JVK & Sons Director, Jase and installed by Jase and our highly skilled carpenters. We were careful to create installations that are aesthetically pleasing as well as highly stable and durable. The grid ceiling was specifically chosen for its high durability, its light improving qualities and it’s noise reduction capabilities. It also worked to create a refreshing architectural statement upon entering the room. The wood flooring installed by JVK assists in insulating the boardroom and offers great functionality to a much-needed refurbishment. Our conference doors and windows are sturdy and allow lots of natural light to enter this functional area. The kitchen cabinetry offers ample space for staff amenities and for functions.
