Supply certification for gym.
Carpentry
Carpentry
Supply and install skirting boards, aluminium hanging poles for TV’s front of glass, and hanging chains for lighting.
Flooring
TURF:
To supply & install Commercial Fitness ‘Black with White stripe ’artificial turf by direct stick (no underlay) using manufacturer-recommended Solvent Based adhesive, as a Sled track–approx. 2.4m wide x 10.0m Long.
VINYL PLANKS:
To supply & install Kenbrock ‘Sandy Oak Elm CWM1242’ or similar 5.0 mm thick commercial vinyl planks by direct stick (no underlay) using Ardex AF171 adhesive to front entry area only–approx. 2.5m wide x 7.5m Long.
RUBBER:
To supply and install Regupol CORE ‘Mons’ 8mm thickPRE–SEALED commercial sheet rubber installed by direct stick (no underlay) on Regupol 43–102 One Part Multi-Use adhesive, to the main gym area only.
Electrical
Supply all lighting from Rapid LED, and follow the lighting layout diagram. Supply all power points from Clipsal. Supply square Neon hanging feature light 2.5 x 2.5. Supply 2 x fans.
Install all electrical lighting, power and data to UBX gym as drawn on plans.
Plumbing
Supply and install a water bubbler.
Painting
Black ceilings out including an air conditioning unit. Painting all walls white and prep for signage contractors. Plaster all walls from the Electrical contractor due to roughing in power and data cables.
UBX Bathroom
Plumbing
Rough in all sewer and water pipes during the framing stage, one completed tiling install all fit-off items. Hot water is an instant electric hot water system.
Supply and install bathroom fixtures & fitting, toilet, vanity, mirror and Dyson air blade hand dryer.
Carpentry
Supply and install door with black privacy handle and Black hinges.
Plastering & Painting
Install steel stud and track for walls and ceiling, Install 13mm water-resistant plasterboard. Painting all walls and ceiling to fit-out guide colours.
Tiling
Waterproof toilet area to AS3740 standards. Bed bathroom up for level floor and drainage to the shower area.
Install tiles as specified in the fit-out guide. Wall tiles to come up wall 1200mmfrom ground height.
Electrical
Supply and install lighting for the bathroom. Install power outlet for Dyson hand dryer. Supply and install one GPO near the basin.
