Client needed a low profile deck we had approximately 73mm from ground level to the existing slab to work with, in the yard, there was a few spots we had to excavate to make sure we had clearance before construction started.

Construction of a 75m2 outdure deck.

The client contacted JVK & Sons as their back yard didn’t get much sunlight and the grass wasn’t looking great so they needed a low profile deck we had approximately 73mm from ground level to the existing slab to work with, in the yard, there was a few spots we had to excavate to make sure we had clearance before construction started. Also in the backyard, there were four plumbing outlets that had to be made accessible. We did this by installing quick grates over the plumbing pipes.
