Install sculpform timber battens onto curved walls in the entrance area. Timber is a 42 x 19 blackbutt species with a hidden track system.
Install suspended ceiling system with TCR and furring channel. Install 10mm plaster board, set and sand ready for paint.

Frame internal walls and batten and sheet perimeter walls, sound screen insulation in every wall.
Kitchen cabinets with timber benchtop. Storage cabinets to match the kitchen with shelving.
Glazing Partition Walls
Glazing partition walls in the hallway on both sides as the plan shows to let natural light into offices and for a high-end office fit-out feel.
Supply high-grade beach-look floating floors through the main area, board room and kitchen. Install high-grade carpet tiles in the back office, store and staff office.
Supply and install power, lighting and data to shop energy-efficient lighting.
Painting off all new walls, ceiling and skirting boards, gapping and patching of any holes. Three coats of paint to all surfaces.
